The launch of Pound4Pound Weightlifting Club in 2014 came about because of an increased number of members feeling the urge to work on drills and breakdowns of the ever-challenging Olympic Lifts.
Pound4Pound will kick off in 2015 beginning early March on a Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6:45pm. The focus of these sessions are on correcting and practicing sound movement patterns which culminates each 8 week program with an intra-club lifting evening.
All levels are welcome and encouraged to try this out, and all CrossFit Memberships are inclusive of these sessions. Anyone who is just embarking on their weightlifting experience is required to complete 2 x one-on-one introductory sessions in order for our coaches to properly complete a movement analysis and ensure the safety of all members.
