We understand that just because we have a love for it, not everyone wants to train in a group setting or specifically train Boxing or CrossFit or embark on a journey with a Personal Trainer. For this reason, we have designed a private gym, which sits in its own space behind the boxing ring. This area is still aimed at functional fitness but in a more individual way.

We have Air Dynes, Cross Trainers, Treadmills and rowers for your warm-ups and heart rate fix. Our dumbbells range from 1-40kg, which compliments the pull-up bars, squat racks, kettlebells and barbells and are sure to provide you with whatever workout you choose to do. The only machines we hold are cable crossover, leg press, seated row, lat pull-down and smith machine. These machines are fantastic for any rehab or strengthening work.

Upon deciding to become a part of our community, you will be entitled to a complimentary session with one of our highly skilled trainers. This session you will discuss what you want to get out of your training, and have a program written up for you to follow, should you not already have one. We feel it is important that you have guidance and know that we are around to help you in whatever you might need, so make the decision to come to a supportive, non-intimidating and non crowded gym.
